All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after your order has been processed.
Expedited shipping options are not currently available. All orders are shipped via major U.S. carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) depending on the destination and package size.
We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities.
Shipping is completely free on all orders, regardless of order size or destination within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also contact us at info@flourishinggifts.com for shipping updates.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at info@flourishinggifts.com or call +1 (215) 545-5555. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
Personalized and custom-made items (such as custom mugs, star maps, family portraits, and engraved cutting boards) require additional processing time of 5-7 business days before shipping. You will receive a proof for approval before production begins.
